A gourmet breakfast is delivered daily to each cottage, featuring local specialties such as papaya with banana and lime juice, handmade granola from Hilo, and 100% Kona coffee. The basket includes fresh fruit, pastries, and options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Special diet menus are available upon request, and guests can also enjoy wine or champagne from the in-room selection.

The Volcano Rainforest Retreat spa and wellness centre offers an open-air bath, a hot tub, and a variety of massages including couples, foot, neck, and full body treatments.
